International students and job seekers in Agder can now apply for two free programmes designed to strengthen their careers in Norway: the Student Mentor Programme and Work in Agder Network Groups. Both initiatives focus on helping participants build professional networks, gain insights into the Norwegian labour market, and connect with employers and local communities.

These activities closely reflect the goals of the Work Without Borders project, which supports the attraction, integration, and retention of international talent across Scandinavia. By creating opportunities for networking, mentorship, and career development, the programmes help international professionals take important steps towards building a future in the region.

Are you an international student, job seeker, employer, or stakeholder interested in strengthening talent attraction and retention? Explore the programmes and discover how collaboration and networking can help create more inclusive labour markets.
